The Zen of Yoga


What is Zen?

Well, the Zen is ... Unfortunately, it is not so easy. As anyone who has watched in Zen knows, trying to define Zen is like trying to catch fish with your bare hands. So that brings us to the Zen Yoga. Zen Yoga is a holistic system that unites all aspects of the human self by meeting the basic needs of physical health, mental clarity and spiritual peace. It is a spiritual discipline that is huge and deep.

No, most certainly, Zen Yoga is much more than a series of physical exercises. Through the integration of body, mind and spirit of Zen Yoga creates flexibility, health, vitality and peace of mind.

There is no comparison with how well other people can do the exercises. If you are doing your best, it's the best way to work. It's not a competition. It's not a competition. This is simply a way to feel better and better, to be happy and healthy and enjoying life to the fullest. Deep inside each of us lies the potential for perfection.
